Game Purchases If you purchase a board game from EpicPlay and are unsatisfied with it, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, provided the game is unopened and in its original condition. If the game is opened or used, we can offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. 2. Event Bookings For event tickets (game nights, tournaments, or other special events), we offer the following options: Cancellations 48 hours before the event: Full refund or transfer to another event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event: No refund is offered, but you may transfer your ticket to a friend or reschedule for a future event (subject to availability). 3. Membership Plans EpicPlay offers a range of membership plans that provide exclusive access to events and discounts: Monthly Membership: If you cancel your membership within 7 days of your first payment, you are eligible for a full refund. After that, no refunds will be issued, but you may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Annual Membership: A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but you may cancel your membership, and your benefits will continue until the end of the annual period. 4. Board Game Rental If you rent a board game from EpicPlay and find it damaged or missing parts upon return, we offer a partial refund or store credit, depending on the severity of the issue. Please inspect the game carefully before use.
